During my xmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms. the breakfast spread was also noteworthy and had a good variety. the location was perfect as it was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to travel around the city.
The Wi-Fi connectivity was slow and unreliable, which was frustrating as it made it difficult to stay connected. the restaurant was also a bit disappointing as the food quality was average and the restaurant was often cold, making the dining experience uncomfortable.

This hotel is pure luxury! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew this was going to be a great stay. the room was exquisite, with exclusive amenities and the most comfortable bedding I have ever slept on. the restaurant served amazing food, and the bar/lounge area was a great spot to unwind after a long day. the staff offered excellent service, and the private facilities were a great touch. the location advantages were unbeatable, close to everything I needed but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. I felt like royalty staying here!
The only minor issue I had was with the outdoor swimming pool. While it was a beautiful and refreshing spot, it was a bit too cold for me.

The rooms were really spacious and comfortable, with soft pillows and nice smelling toiletries. I also loved the fact that there was a complimentary shuttle available that took us to nearby restaurants and markets. The staff were friendly and helpful, greeting us with smiles every time we came back to the hotel.
The gym was a bit overcrowded and the air conditioning didn't work very well. , while the hotel was in a peaceful neighborhood, it was a bit far from the city center and it took longer than expected to get to the main tourist attractions.

The hotel had a good Thanksgiving buffet and a nice view of the city from the rooftop bar. They also offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms which was a plus. It was easy to get to the hotel from the subway and it was in a decent location with some stores nearby. On the last day they allowed me to leave my bags at the hotel while I went out to explore before my flight which was helpful.
The hotel was pretty dirty overall and the rooms weren't cleaned properly. The carpets had stains and there were some hairs left in the bathroom.
